This ensures that we are always up to date with the latest knowledge and training and have the best connections across all networks. This also benefits you as an organiser. You can rest assured that we are constantly exchanging knowledge and experience with colleagues and industry experts at home and abroad.

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS and CONVENTION ASSOCIATION (ICCA)

The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) is the global hub of the convention and conference industry. It counts the main service providers from the areas of event management and organisation, transportation and accommodation among its members. With more than 1,100 organisations from around 100 countries, the ICCA is a truly international association.

ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONALE DES PALAIS DE CONGRES (AIPC)

The International Association of Convention Centres is the global industry association for professional event and exhibition centre managers. Founded in 1958, its main purpose is to ensure communications and the exchange of experiences among its members, which hail from around 60 countries. It is further active in training and professional development and implements standards and research/education/networking programmes for its members.

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL CONGRESS ORGANISERS (IAPCO)

The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) is the world association of PCOs acting as congress organisers and congress managers. This member association is the only international accreditation organisation for professional congress organisers. Only around 140 Professional Congress Organisers have currently fulfilled the admission requirements.

EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF EVENT CENTERS (EVVC)

The European Association of Event Centers currently comprises around 650 members in Germany and its neighbouring countries. It represents the interests of event venues and their suppliers. As well as providing practical support with regard to marketing, legal matters, technology and the development of key and up-to-date figures for the industry, the association pays great attention to the optimisation and further development of its training and further education provisions.

AUSTRIAN CONVENTION BUREAU (ACB)

The Austrian Convention Bureau (ACB) represents the interests of the Austrian convention and conference industry at home and abroad, drawing the attention of the authorities and other public bodies to topics of relevance to the sector and providing internal communication within the industry. The ACB is dedicated to education and training as well as basic research within the congress industry and sees itself as a service provider for its members and the Austrian congress industry as a whole.

MESSEN AUSTRIA (AMA)

The Arbeitsgemeinschaft MESSEN AUSTRIA is an association of Austrian exhibition centre operators who also act as trade fair organisers: Its members include the largest exhibition centre operators and trade fair organisers in the Austrian federal states. It facilitates professional exchange and networking among international trade fair organisers, authorities, policymakers and stakeholder representatives and fosters professional development opportunities.

CONVENTION BUREAU TIROL (CBT)

The Convention Bureau Tirol is the free consulting and service centre for planning congresses and conferences in Tirol. It supports regional, national and international planners and event organisers in Tirol with information and ideas and connects them with the Tirolean convention companies offering relevant services. It advises service users on how to secure funding for congresses and how to find venues, it shares its knowledge of destinations and supporting programmes and – working together with locations – supports them with site visits.
