Innsbruck is home to the University of Innsbruck, the Medical University of Innsbruck, the University College of Teacher Education, the Health University of Applied Sciences and the MCI Management Center Innsbruck, making it one of Austria’s and Europe’s most prolific university cities. With a student population of around 35,000 across 16 faculties, Innsbruck has been a knowledge hub with an international impact for decades. The Medical University’s excellent reputation is further enhanced by its close cooperation with the Tirol Kliniken. These universities and colleges produce numerous international and national research prize winners every year.

Constant exchange with experts

Congress Messe Innsbruck has engaged in a close partnership and intensive exchange with scientists and researchers from all faculties for many years. Their joint goal is the creation of synergies which benefit organisers of national and international conferences, seminars and symposiums.

Under the tagline of ‘Meeting Experts’, representatives of Congress Messe Innsbruck, the University of Innsbruck, the Medical University of Innsbruck and the Innsbruck Convention Bureau are collaboratively optimising the conditions for science conferences on a constant basis.
