All public rooms across all three event venues are barrier-free and accessible to wheelchair users.

• Accessible toilets are available on every floor.
• All stages across all locations can be accessed via mobile wheelchair  ramps.
• Disabled parking is available right at the entrances of all three venues.
• Flexible seating layouts can be arranged at every venue and in every room
• Saal Tirol (Congress Innsbruck) is equipped with an audio induction loop for people with hearing impairments All other halls use a similar mobile system with twelve receivers.
• Messe Innsbruck and Congress Innsbruck are equipped with a tactile guidance system leading to the respective information desk at the entrance.
• At congresspark igls, there are visual guidance points for people with visual impairments.
• All lifts are equipped with voice announcements and acoustic signals.
• Assistance dogs are allowed at all sites if a licence for such can be presented.

Important information:

The official address of Messe Innsbruck is that of the trade fair office. The trade fair venue itself is located in the building behind, on Ing.-Etzel-Straße. The official address of the congresspark igls location is Eugenpromenade 2, but the building can be accessed via Kurweg. Simply enter “Kurweg” in your sat nav system (with no house number) to reach the site.

Parking at Congress Innsbruck: in the Congress Innsbruck underground´car park (electric vehicle charging points available) or in the City Garage, which is conveniently directly to the venue, as well as in any of the public garages in the surrounding area.

Parking at Messe Innsbruck: in the Siebererstraße underground car park (electric vehicle charging points available) or in any of the public garages in the surrounding area. There are more parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points located outside near the entrance to the Siebererstraße underground car park.

Parking at congresspark igls: a car park is available for participants and guests (electric vehicle charging points available).

Designated disabled parking spaces are available at all three locations. Depending on the event, Innsbruck City Council will also make additional car parks available, which will be clearly signposted. More detailed information can be found here.

Parking at Messe Innsbruck: in the Siebererstraße car park electric vehicle charging points are available. More parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points are outside at the entrance to the Siebererstraße underground car park. 

Parking at congresspark igls: there are two electric vehicle charging points at the congresspark igls car park.

Lost property can be collected from the main information desk during an event at Messe Innsbruck or from the porter at Congress Innsbruck. Any items that were not collected during the event are handed over to the Lost Property Office.

Both Congress Innsbruck and Messe Innsbruck have lockers available.

Cash machine at Messe Innsbruck: right next to the box office area at the east entrance .Visitors who have already been in the halls and wish to use the cash machine will be granted re-entry after checking this is possible with the on-site security staff.

Cash machine at Congress Innsbruck: in front of the  main entrance on Rennweg opposite the Imperial Gardens.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted on Congress Messe Innsbruck premises. Assistance dogs are excluded from this rule (pursuant to Section 39a BBG); however, please bring proof of the dog's registration in the handler's federal disability pass.

Smoking is completely prohibited on Congress Messe Innsbruck premises.

Dangerous items and weapons of any kind, including fireworks and signal horns or hooters and all other hazardous objects are expressly prohibited on Congress Messe Innsbruck premises. Please refer to our house rules for further details.

The height of the entrance to the underground car park is 2.10 m at the Kapuzinergasse entrance and 2.00 m at the Siebererstraße entrance.

There are two electric vehicle charging points in the underground car park at Messe Innsbruck (on Siebererstraße). There are also four more on the open-air ground to the north of the building. In the Congress Innsbruck car park are two e-charging points as well as in the congresspark igls car park.
