Press accreditation

Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed to successfully obtain accreditation.

The following people may receive press accreditation:

• Holders of a valid press pass from a domestic or foreign journalists' association with no industry affiliation
• Holders of a valid press pass from a domestic or foreign trade journalist association with a thematic affiliation to the trade fair
• Press photographers who can prove that they work as journalists
• People aged 16 and over from Austria or abroad who can prove their journalistic (including photo-journalistic) activities as follows:
• by submitting original articles published in their name that are not older than six months at the time of the event
• by submitting original publication details in which they are named as editors, permanent editorial staff or authors, and which is not older than six months at the time of the event
• by submitting a original copy of a written order from an editorial office referring to the current trade fair
• by presenting proof, which is no more than six months’ old, that they have been working for school newspapers or by presenting a valid identity card issued by a youth press organisation

The proof of credentials must be submitted in German or English. No right to accreditation exists.

The data collected will be used by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH (CMI for short) for the purpose of press accreditation. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Provision of personal data may ensue on a voluntary basis when inquiries are made concerning press accreditation. If the name of the company contains personal data (for example in the case of individually owned firms) or in case of a natural person, processing of this personal data will be necessary in order to deal with your inquiry and to manage your event. By sending your inquiry you agree that this data will be processed by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH (CMI).

The personal data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH. The personal data will be processed as long as this is necessary from the legal point of view on the basis of an existing business relationship or justified in the interests of CMI or until a corresponding written objection is received from the data subject.
