Provision of personal data may ensue on a voluntary basis when inquiries are made concerning events, rooms or halls. If the name of the company contains personal data (for example in the case of individually owned firms) or if the renter is a natural person, processing of this personal data will be necessary in order to deal with your inquiry and to manage your event. By sending your inquiry you agree that this data will be processed by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH (CMI). The personal data you provide and documents you send will only be disclosed by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH to third parties if this is necessary for provision of the ordered services in the context of managing your event.

If personal data is sent abroad, this will only be to countries that maintain a suitable level of data protection according to the decision by the EU Commission. If this is not the case, CMI will take measures to guarantee that all recipients can substantiate a suitable level of data protection. CMI concludes corresponding agreements with the recipients concerned. The personal data will be processed as long as this is necessary from the legal point of view on the basis of an existing business relationship or justified in the interests of CMI or until a corresponding written objection is received from the data subject.
