Brüssel Foyer
The Brüssel Foyer on the ground floor occupies an attractive spot tucked away from the large foyers. With panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers views of the old trees lining the Rennweg. The Rennweg (literally: racing track) is named after a great passion of Emperor Maximilian I: he was a dedicated competition rider. During his reign, a large race course was built between the Imperial Gardens and the Hofburg.
The 242-square-metre Brüssel Foyer adjoins the eponymous room, which is the largest breakout room in the building with a capacity of up to 300. Thanks to its tucked-away location, the Brüssel Foyer ensures absolute privacy and quiet. It combines with the Europa Foyer and the Brüssel Foyer to form the palatial Rennweg Foyer.
