Hall B.0

The historical Hall B dates back to the 19th century. It was moved from Prague to Innsbruck in 1892. Built during an era of global expos, its solid-yet-airy steel structure clearly resembles the Eiffel Tower. Following its premiere at the General Land Centennial Exhibition in Prague, the hall was disassembled and transported across the Austro-Hungarian Empire to be re-erected in Innsbruck. One of the original venues that fuelled Innsbruck’s renown as an event location, it has hosted trade fairs and exhibitions for more than a century. Organisers, exhibitors and visitors alike find themselves enchanted by its historical atmosphere.

Alterations made in 1983 have divided the listed building into two floors connected by escalators: Hall B.0 is the area on the ground floor, while Hall B.1 is the smaller exhibition space on the first floor. Combined, they span more than 7,300 square metres and are suitable for a wide range of purposes.
