Building in focus: Hausbau und Energie Messe

29.01.2024

From 26 to 28 January, the Tyrolean House Building & Energy Fair in Innsbruck offered a wide range of products and information for house builders, renovators and refurbishers.

High-quality offers - satisfied visitors

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary edition from 26 to 28 January, the Tyrolean House Building & Energy Fair Innsbruck was pleased to welcome a large number of visitors. With around 7,500 visitors, the trade fair was a meeting point for those interested in the topics of new construction, refurbishment, renovation, extensions and additions, energy and financing. The high proportion of visitors who had concrete building plans was particularly pleasing - a clear sign of the high quality of the trade fair. The strong demand pleased the 150 or so exhibitors, who impressed the public with their high-quality offerings. The presentation of new products, a well-structured overview of the offers and a practical lecture programme contributed significantly to the high level of satisfaction of the trade fair visitors. The Tiroler Hausbau & Energie Messe Innsbruck thus clearly emphasises its position as a central platform in the construction industry.

Positive signals for the construction industry

The Tyrolean House Building & Energy Fair Innsbruck was able to kick off the 2024 construction season extremely successfully and sent out positive signals for the construction industry. Tyroleans took the opportunity to find out about their building plans at the Innsbruck trade fair and received professional advice on new builds, refurbishments, renovations, financing and the latest product innovations and energy solutions. Christian Mayerhofer, Managing Director of Congress Messe Innsbruck (CMI), draws a positive balance and would like to thank all partners, exhibiting producers, dealers, tradesmen, service companies, institutions and organisations for their excellent cooperation.

The high level of visitor satisfaction and their investment intentions are illustrated by an independent visitor survey conducted during the fair. Around 80 per cent of visitors came to the Tiroler Hausbau & Energie Messe Innsbruck with specific investment plans. Of these, around 70 per cent were particularly interested in topics relating to refurbishment, extension and renovation, while around 30 per cent focused on new builds. A large majority of visitors were impressed by the expert advice, the comprehensive overview of the industry, the first-class lecture programme and the product innovations. Almost 85 per cent of visitors gave the trade fair top marks and would recommend it to others. A detailed analysis of the visitor structure shows that visitors came to the trade fair from all Tyrolean districts. Every second visitor took the opportunity to obtain expert advice at the Tyrolean House Building & Energy Fair Innsbruck for the first time.
