The 11th Tiroler Hausbau & Energie Messe Innsbruck from January 31 to February 2, 2025 proved to be the central point of contact for anyone interested in building. Around 7,800 visitors took the opportunity to find out about new construction, renovation, refurbishment and modernization. The trade fair was thus an important source of inspiration for the Tyrolean construction industry and facilitated a direct exchange between experts and interested parties.

The high quality of the visitors, who came with specific building projects, was particularly emphasized by the exhibiting companies. Many visitors showed great interest in the latest trends and technologies in the construction industry, which was reflected in the large number of consultations held.

The extensive supporting program on current topics such as innovative energy and heating technology as well as housing subsidies met with great interest and was very well received by the visitors. Over 40 specialist presentations were offered, providing valuable first-hand information and specialist knowledge.

Overall, over 80 percent of visitors gave the trade fair top marks, underlining the high level of satisfaction and investment interest among participants.  The next Tiroler Hausbau & Energie trade fair will take place from January 30 to February 1, 2026.
